I haven’t received an invitation email, what should I do?

If you've not received an email yet, check with your administrator that they have sent the invitation email.

If they already have, there are 2 options:

  • The email hit the spam folder
  • Something is wrong internally (e.g. a firewall, email security is blocking the email, etc)

In the case you do not see the invitation email in your spam/ clutter folders, please speak to your IT department to whitelist this email and confirm nothing is being blocked.

Account invite emails will come from <noreply-oilandgas@karieragroup.com>

If you cannot see any content, please check with your mail provider and IT team what is preventing the content from loading.
