Fraud / Scam Emails

Unfortunately, scammers may obtain contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers) through various means and then, in order to cloak themselves with legitimacy, send communications to intended victims wherein they inaccurately claim to have found information on our websites or use our brand fraudulently.

Please be advised that Kariera Group and its affiliates take the issue of fraudulent activity very seriously and have implemented several measures to raise awareness and help job seekers and corporate clients address such incidents.

In particular, we have dedicated significant resources to inform our customers about fraudulent communications and common scams found on the internet. Our consumer education page for raising awareness regarding online fraud can be found at https://oilandgas.helpscoutdocs.com/collection/1197-security-fraud

Please, also, note that we are aware of recent scam attempts referencing our name, and fraudulently claiming to recruit on behalf of Kariera Group. We therefore recommend that you exercise the greatest vigilance when receiving unsolicited communications, as well as before committing to a contract or sharing any kind of information thereof. To protect yourself from such fraudulent attempts, we would like to share some important information and common best practices:

  1. Be Skeptical: Always exercise caution when receiving unsolicited communication. Verify the sender’s identity and ensure the message is legitimate before taking any action and, if necessary, contact the competent authorities.
  2. Check Email Addresses and Phone Numbers: Pay attention to the sender's email address or phone number. Sometimes, small variations may indicate a fraudulent attempt.
  3. Do Not Share Sensitive Information: Kariera Group will never ask you to share sensitive information, such as passwords, credit card details, or social security numbers through email or text. If you receive such a request, it is most likely a scam.
